Slough Borough Council is seeking a Reablement Team Leader to be based at The Pines, Wexham. This community-based role ensures the safe delivery of regulated activity within the Reablement and Independence service, maintaining CQC compliance.

You will oversee Reablement assistants and Supervisors, coordinate audits and assurance documentation, and regularly update the Compliance Officer and Registered Manager on findings and service development.
