What you’ll be doing: To lead a team of early years practitioners based in an early years setting in a Children’s Centre, ensuring delivery of high quality teaching and learning. You will oversee staff in the successful implementation of the daily operations of a room for children aged between 3months and 8years, providing full care and education. You will be responsible for supervision and mentoring for early years qualified and unqualified staff and you will be working as part of a multi-agency team. What you\’ll have: You will need experience working with children in an early years environment, understand early years legilsation and safeguarding and have obtained a Level 3 qualification in early years pratice or equivalent.
