Slough Borough Council is seeking a Best Start Inclusion Practitioner to enhance the Best Start Family Hub vision. This role involves supporting children with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) and their families to achieve equitable access to services and improved outcomes. The successful candidate will lead the early identification and intervention efforts for SEND, ensuring a strengths-based and inclusive approach within the Family Hub.
