Salary: Starting from £27,056 per annum (inclusive of LW Allowance)

Pay Level: Level 4

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 37 hours

Location: Children’s Centres/ Family Hubs

DBS requirement: Enhanced

What you’ll be doing:

You will work as part of a multi-agency team based in a Children’s Centre/Family Hub and will work with children, young people and their families to provide advice, support, and signposting to the relevant support service to meet their needs. You will work with partners in the facilitation and delivery of support groups and other activities for families, in accordance with recognised early intervention and prevention strategies.
