Location: Observatory House/ Slough Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in the office)

What You’ll Be Doing

To lead and manage facilities operations and property contracts across council properties, ensuring compliance, value for money, and high‑quality service delivery. The role combines strategic facilities management with contract governance, covering capital programme, maintenance, statutory compliance, and supplier performance.
