As a GTM Associate, you will be on the front lines of our growth efforts, driving outbound prospecting, booking high-quality meetings, and shaping how Profound engages new customers. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing to run thoughtful, high-impact outbound campaigns and help define how companies first experience Profound in a rapidly evolving AI landscape. This is not a traditional SDR role.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive outbound initiatives by identifying and engaging high-potential prospects across key industries.
  • Execute personalized, structured outreach campaigns to generate qualified meetings and pipeline.
  • Manage high-volume outreach with precision while maintaining quality, follow-up, and message consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine targeting, messaging, and go-to-market experiments.
  • Help shape outbound playbooks and prospecting approaches as the team scales.

  • Intelligent, persistent, and self-motivated, with a strong interest in cold outbound and sales development.
  • Highly coachable and open to feedback, eager to continuously refine your approach.
  • Comfortable managing high-volume, high-quality interactions and resilient in the face of rejection.
  • Detail-oriented and thoughtful in personalizing outreach so prospects feel genuinely understood.
  • Motivated by learning the full sales cycle and working toward becoming an Account Executive over time.

Location: This is an on-site role based in our NYC or London office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.

For this role, the expected base salary is $80,000 before commission, with a $115,000 on-target estimate (NYC). Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process.
