By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI‑powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting‑edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

As the Emerging Talent Lead for UK & EMEA, you will own the end‑to‑end strategy, execution, and growth of Anduril’s UK & EMEA early‑career pipelines. You will design and run world‑class programs across three primary pillars: Apprenticeships, Internships, and New Graduate Programs. This is a highly visible, high‑agency role. You will act as the bridge between our global talent team in the US and our expanding UK business. You will be responsible for creating an emerging talent ecosystem in the UK that matches the elite caliber of our US programs, while tailoring it to local market dynamics, academic schedules, and critical defense‑sector requirements.

What You’ll Do

  • Program Design & Execution (Interns & New Grads)
    • End‑to‑End Program Management: Manage the full lifecycle of the UK/EMEA intern and new grad experience—including onboarding, manager enablement, social/educational events, mid‑point reviews, and the final conversion‑to‑FTE process.
    • Scale & Standardization: Design, launch, and scale playbook resources (onboarding kits, manager guides, project templates) to support high‑volume hiring.
    • Performance & Feedback: Implement robust feedback loops using tools like CultureAmp to measure program success, presenting actionable data and recommendations to senior leadership.
    • Community Building: Keep converted candidates engaged post‑program through structured events, quarterly campaigns, and continuous touchpoints.
  • UK Apprenticeship Scheme Ownership
    • Launch & Manage: Design and launch Anduril UK’s first‑ever formal Apprenticeship Scheme to address local skills shortages and build pathways for individuals from diverse/disadvantaged backgrounds.
    • Compliance & Partnerships: Navigate UK government apprenticeship standards, levy funding, and external training providers to ensure program compliance and educational excellence.
  • University Relations & Pipeline Strategy
    • Strategic Partnerships: Act as the primary liaison between Anduril and top‑tier UK/EMEA universities, engineering departments, and student organizations.
    • Campus Presence: Design and execute Anduril’s on‑campus recruitment strategy, leading events each cycle.
  • Stakeholder Enablement & Operations
    • Manager Alignment: Conduct manager orientations, outline resource planning, and guide hiring managers on how to effectively scope early‑career projects.
    • High‑Judgment Support: Partner closely with People Business Partners (PBPs) and business leaders to navigate sensitive employee relations or performance issues.
    • Global Collaboration: Coordinate regularly with US counterparts to share best practices, align on global standards, and ensure a unified brand.

Who You Are

  • Experienced Program Builder: You have 5+ years of experience in early‑careers recruitment, university relations, or talent program management (experience in tech or defense sectors is a plus).
  • Apprenticeship Expert: You have a solid understanding of UK apprenticeship frameworks, standards, and levy management.
  • Data‑Driven Optimizer: You have experience leveraging ATS platforms (Greenhouse), survey tools (CultureAmp), and analytics to measure program efficacy and deliver executive‑level reports.
  • Exceptional Communicator: You can build strong relationships with senior executives, university professors, intern candidates, graduate candidates, and apprentices alike.
  • High‑Agency Operator: You thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments. You are highly organized, have a strong sense of urgency, and are comfortable managing both high‑level strategy and hands‑on logistics.
  • Global Collaborator: Experience working within multinational organizations with US‑headquartered teams is highly preferred.
