What You’ll Do:
- Own the entire mid-market sales cycle, from targeted prospecting to negotiation and close.
- Develop and execute scalable outreach strategies to drive new business and expand Profound’s footprint across the mid-market.
- Manage a high-velocity pipeline, balancing strategic conversations with efficient execution.
- Build and nurture relationships that turn first deals into long-term partnerships.
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to accelerate learnings and refine messaging.
- Help lay the foundation for our London office, influencing process, culture, and playbook development as we grow.
Who You Are:
- A proven SaaS closer with experience selling into mid-market accounts and consistently exceeding quota.
- Skilled at running multiple deals in parallel, adapting your approach to fit a fast-moving sales environment.
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on — energized by building something new and driving early traction in a growing region.
