Director – Investigations & Disputes Advisory Location: United Kingdom or Dubai, UAE Overview: We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Director to lead high-value investigations, with a focus on complex disputes and international asset tracing. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep investigative expertise, strong client management skills, and the ability to drive commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage cross-border investigative assignments, particularly in support of litigation, arbitration, and asset recovery Develop case strategies, present methodologies to clients, and oversee project execution to a client-ready standard Prepare proposals, reports, and deliverables that meet the highest standards of analytical rigour and clarity Manage billing, case profitability, and internal resourcing for multiple concurrent matters Build and maintain strong client relationships, including conversion of new opportunities into live engagements Support the development and mentoring of junior team members Contribute to the firm’s internal initiatives and operational growth Requirements: 8–12+ years of experience in corporate investigations, ideally with a focus beyond pre-transactional due diligence or basic integrity reviews Proven expertise in international asset tracing and the ability to articulate investigative strategy and methodology Track record of leading complex cases with minimal supervision, including client engagement and delivery Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing project financials and business development activities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable presenting to senior legal and corporate stakeholders UK or UAE experience strongly preferred; willingness to travel internationally as required Preferred: Experience across a diverse range of dispute-related investigations, including fraud, enforcement, or reputational matters.
