Sloane Square Hotel is a 4* Hotel in the heart of Chelsea with 100 elegant bedrooms, Lounge, and late night bar, The Knox.
We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Outlet Manager to lead The Knox, our stylish and vibrant late night bar located within Sloane Square Hotel. As Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, curating an exceptional drinks menu, and delivering outstanding guest experiences. You’ll lead and inspire a dynamic team, maintain high service standards, and drive revenue through creativity and strong leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of bar operations, including staff, stock, and service
- Develop innovative cocktail menus and seasonal offerings
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Train, mentor, and motivate the bar team
- Monitor financial performance and control costs
- Act as the face of the venue
- Leading private hire and events
- Planning and executing commercial strategies to ensure budget goals are achieved
- Desire to lead and work with autonomy
- Passion for cocktails, trends, and guest experience

- Proven expertise in Customer Service, with the ability to create exceptional guest experiences
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in Food & Beverage services and operations. This role is largely beverage focused.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with staff, guests, and stakeholders
- Experience in Training team members to maintain high service standards
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies to boost bar revenue
- Ability to manage inventories and control costs effectively
- Leadership skills to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hospitality, specifically in a bar
- An understanding and practice of health and safety regulations and compliance standards
- Must have current valid right to work in UK
