You will be responsible for participating in all activities of the Restaurant, contribute to the smooth running and ensuring the highest levels of guest service Main Responsibilities: Deliver food dishes and drinks to our guests following the department SOPs Be attentive, friendly and professional at all times Help create a positive and lasting guest experience Work as part of a close team and with other departments. (Reception, Sommeliers & Kitchen) Have a competent level of knowledge both of the restaurant and hotel and are required in your job-role Leading by example all the times Main Duties: Run a station during the breakfast, lunch and dinner operation of the restaurant or different area of the hotel, including the taking of all orders, service of all food and drinks, preparation of all bills on Oracle and payment for all bills Ensure that your station is clean and presentable throughout the opening times of the restaurant Ensure that all crockery, cutlery and any other objects needed for service are prepared and available Be personally responsible for your section maintaining timing of food and managing your time between tables Liaise with the kitchen on order taking and stock levels and any special requests.
