This role reports directly to the Directors of the Practice. The role would be in conjunction with 2 Medical Secretaries and Practice Coordinator.
In-clinic working hours: 8:30am-6pm Monday to Friday
Location: Chelsea, London, SW1X
Starting date: Immediately

Job Roles (but not limited to):
- Opening the facilities in the morning
- General front of house duties – checking in patients, making tea/coffee
- Answering/screening calls and taking messages accurately
- Management of doctor’s diaries and booking patient appointments
- Handling of correspondence both letters and emails
- Maintaining and scanning accurate patient records
- Generating invoices and taking payments
- Assistance with debt collection
- Tidying, stocking and maintaining facilities throughout the day
Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
