The predicted salary is between 60000 - 84000 £ per year.
Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit pilots ideally rated on both the AW169 and AW109, to take up a ‘floating pilot’ role for both The Children’s Air Ambulance and HEMS operations.
To fulfil the ‘floating pilot role’ the successful candidate must have:
- UK CAA ATPL(H) with IR
- 2000 hours minimum total time
- 500 hours minimum rotary time (including 500 hours minimum multi-engine turbine)
- 500 hours minimum rotary PIC
- 200 hours minimum IFR
- 100 hours minimum Night
Desirable qualifications include:
- Multi Pilot Type Rated on AW169
- TRI/TRE qualification
- Previous HEMS experience
- Single Pilot Type Rated on AW109 (E, S or SP variants)
Additionally, it is essential that all applicants meet the following requirements:
- Have the right to live and work in the UK
- Full UK/EU driving licence
- Class 1 medical
Successful applicants will be expected to reside centrally in the UK and be willing to travel to various bases as you will be expected to locate to airfields, bases and other aviation locations as required by the Company for training and operations, in accordance with the FTL scheme.
Applicants must also possess the ability to communicate clearly, show leadership within a team context and work flexibly with minimum supervision.
