Nestled within the beautifully restored Parish Halls and part of the transformational Love Loan development, this stunning venue combines historic grandeur with contemporary elegance in the heart of Glasgow.

ABOUT THE ROLE: WEDDING & EVENTS SALES MANAGER
As Wedding & Events Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind The Collector\βs Hall\βs weddings and private events business. From generating new leads and hosting show rounds, to negotiating contracts and creating tailored packages, you will play a pivotal role in positioning the venue as Glasgow\βs premier destination for life\βs most memorable occasions.
Reporting to the Conference & Events Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering revenue targets, maximising profitability, and ensuring a seamless client journey from first enquiry to confirmed booking. Working closely with our PR and operations, teams, you will combine commercial acumen with creativity and relationship-building to exceed expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive enquiries, conversion, and revenue for weddings and private events at The Collector\βs Hall.
- Conduct engaging venue show rounds, tailoring proposals to client needs and highlighting unique selling points.
- Proactively source and develop new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and industry events.
- Negotiate contracts and packages to maximise profitability while maintaining brand standards.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor from enquiry to handover.
- Identify upselling opportunities and create bespoke offerings to enhance guest experiences and revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement campaigns that drive awareness and bookings.
- Take ownership of assessing marketing performance and monitoring competitor activity, using insights to refine strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate event data, forecasts, and reports using internal systems.
- Represent The Collector\βs Hall at wedding fairs, showcases, and networking events.
- Support the development of The Collector\βs Hall into Glasgow\βs leading luxury wedding and events venue.
