As our Restaurant Manager, you\βll be the heartbeat of a lively JD Wetherspoon front-of-house team, setting the pace, leading by example, and inspiring your team to achieve their best every day. You\βll:

Requirements
β Proven experience in roles such as Restaurant Manager, General Manager, Front of House Manager, or a similar leadership position.
β Strong leadership and communication skills.
β Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
β Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
β Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
β Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
β Experience in budgeting and financial management.
