Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm, with flexibility for occasional weekends and events)
Pay: 14.00 per hour

This is a senior, hands-on position - ideal for someone with a proven record in premium hospitality or catering environments and a natural ability to lead teams in fast-paced, customer-focused settings.
The Role:
You\'ll be the face of our hospitality service, leading the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional experience for pupils, staff, and guests - whether during a busy weekday breakfast or a high-profile school event.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage hospitality events from start to finish
- Supervise all front-of-house activity, ensuring consistent service excellence
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of front-line staff
- Oversee breakfast service daily, ensuring smooth operation and presentation
- Act as Allergen Champion, ensuring safe, clear communication at mealtimes
- Liaise with kitchen and management teams to deliver routine and bespoke events
- Keep all menus, signage, and marketing materials accurate and up to date
- Manage stock and place orders via the Head Chef
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming dining environment
- Support with event set-up, d cor, layout, and staffing
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff compliance records
- Provide hands-on service during busy periods and special occasions
You\'ll have a strong background in hospitality or catering, with experience in a supervisory role and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
