The Role:
To provide all customers, guests, and visitors with the highest level of customer service to ensure that the unique Metropolitan Gaming experience is always achieved.
Skills
  • Minimum of 3 months of gaming experience
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years\' overall gaming experience before being selected for transfers to our premium London venues
  • Ability to deal a minimum 3 table games including American Roulette, Blackjack and Three Card Poker.
  • Agreement to deal on our live online gaming tables
  • Punto Banco and Heads Up Hold\'em are viewed favourably
  • Hold a PFL licence
  • Customer service focussed
  • Fully flexible - Nights and shift work essential
