We’re seeking an Inside Sales & Distribution Manager in Europe to lead and scale our catalog product sales through global distribution channels and our eCommerce platform. This role is ideal for a hands-on commercial leader who thrives at the intersection of sales strategy, partner enablement, and digital execution. You will collaborate cross-functionally with the sales team, marketing, and operations, and own revenue performance across your channels.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a defined sales region to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals - lead by example.
- Build and execute plans to grow catalog product revenue across defined channels and territories.
- Collaborate with field sales teams to coordinate on strategic accounts.
- Manage global distributors to drive adoption, hit sales targets, and ensure brand and messaging consistency.
- Monitor partner performance, support enablement, and course-correct as needed to maximize growth.
- Coordinate forecasting, inventory flow, and promotional campaigns with distributors.
- Own the Shopify sales experience—optimise site content, layout, and workflows to increase conversion and upsell.
- Partner with marketing to align digital campaigns and drive high-quality traffic.
- Analyse performance metrics to improve channel efficiency and sales outcomes.
- Set and monitor KPIs for both individual and team performance.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to inform roadmap and messaging strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of sales or channel management experience in life sciences; eCommerce and distributor oversight required.
- Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and eComm platforms (e.g., Shopify) strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with flow cytometry technology is a strong plus.
Our salary ranges are calculated by role and level. Your position within that range will be determined by your job-related knowledge, skills, experience, relevant education, and training/certifications. In addition to those factors, we also examine internal equity as well as consider current market rate, and title may be assessed one level lower or higher accordingly. After you join the company your performance, contributions, and results along with business and organizational needs will affect your base salary. The base salary range for this full-time position is between $110,000 - $140,000 + benefits.
