Due to the growth of our business, we are currently recruiting for a spray painter to join our experienced team to produce high-quality goods. If you have experience in car spraying and would like a new exciting challenge, then this could be the role for you.

Tasks:

  • To prepare products for paint i.e. degreasing, sanding, filling products; using a wide range of tools to ensure a quality paint finish.
  • To mask products in readiness for painting.
  • To mix paint in line with instructions, conducting associated tests where necessary.
  • To use various techniques to apply paint of all types.
  • To complete job cards and other documentation accurately and timely.
  • To follow appropriate instructions and diagrams.
  • To communicate with other areas to share any issues and contribute to the smooth running of production.

Qualifications:

  • Good standard of education.
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal.

Key Employment Terms:

  • Hours: 37hrs/week, Monday to Friday, half day on a Friday.
  • Holiday entitlement: 200 hours annual leave plus statutory bank holidays.
  • Sick pay entitlement after 3 months.
  • Standard auto-enrolment pension scheme, with the option to contribute 9% of gross salary for a 6% contribution by the employer.
