Reporting to

We're looking for a Sales Director – EMEA to lead sales performance and growth across the region, with an initial focus on the UK and Europe.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role combining front-line sales, team development and strategic growth.
You'll lead our growing UK sales team while personally developing major accounts and expanding SLINGCO's presence across European and wider EMEA markets.
What You'll Do
- Lead from the front, win new business and manage key customer relationships.
- Develop, motivate and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Shape and execute sales strategy across the UK, Europe and wider EMEA.
- Build effective sales channels across distributors, wholesalers, OEMs and major end users.
- Identify new product, customer and market opportunities in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
- Develop and close major accounts while delivering sustainable revenue growth.
- Expand SLINGCO's regional sales capability as the business grows.
- Travel approximately 50% across the UK and internationally, prioritised by commercial opportunity.
What We're Looking For
- Strong sales experience in industrial or industrial technology markets; utility or power sector experience is desirable.
- Proven experience developing territories and business through distributors, wholesalers, OEMs and large end users.
- A track record of closing complex deals and consistently exceeding targets.
- Strong senior-level customer and partner relationship skills.
- Excellent communication, organisational and analytical abilities.
- A hands-on, proactive leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop others.
- Full driving licence required.
- Degree in a relevant business or engineering discipline preferred.
