We work closely with the NHS too – Slimming World is already prescribed by GPs, nurses and other healthcare professionals and we are also proud to support patients through the NHS Digital Weight Management Programme. As our commissioner led services continue to grow, we remain committed to providing a warm, caring and high quality experience that helps people in communities to transform their health and wellbeing.

As an Account Manager, you’ll play a vital role in protecting and growing Slimming World’s commissioner portfolio, ensuring strong outcomes, trusted partnerships and meaningful, widening impact. You’ll also:
- own and lead commissioner relationships as the primary point of contact, with a strong understanding of contract scope, KPIs and goals, using insight-led reviews to demonstrate performance and exceed expectations where possible
- develop and deliver effective account plans that drive strong outcomes, equitable access and increased referral uptake across priority groups, while identifying opportunities to expand provision and support tender submissions
- build strong partnerships and stakeholder networks locally, working closely with internal colleagues to resolve issues at pace, strengthen referral pathways and represent Slimming World positively at meetings, forums and events
- support and develop Senior Account Coordinators through warm coaching, knowledge-sharing and guidance, contributing to a collaborative, high-performing Partnership Operations team.
About you… We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who builds trusted relationships with ease, is naturally proactive, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional service. You’ll also have:
- proven experience in account, contract or partnership management
- strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret performance data, communicate insight clearly, and anticipate and address challenges early
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence presenting to commissioners and partners
- a high level of organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while demonstrating a commitment to personal development and continuous improvement.
