About the role: We’ve an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to join our Partnerships team based at our Head Office in Alfreton, working full-time (Monday to Friday). You’ll lead the implementation and coordination of public health and weight management programmes. You’ll also be responsible for:
- Leading the end-to-end implementation of new schemes and the coordinating of scheme delivery across internal teams and field staff, ensuring transparency and accountability, smooth transitions and stakeholder alignment.
- Manage accurate and timely reporting (using tools like Power BI and internal systems) and data analysis to monitor performance, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
- Support the development of success stories and outcome presentations for commissioners and partners.
- Act as a technology lead for system upgrades and new implementations to streamline operations.
- Line manage and develop a team of Account Specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
About you: We’d love to hear from you if you are passionate about delivering an outstanding service and you’ll also have:
- Experience in operational management within public health, weight management, or similar sectors.
- Strong leadership and team development skills and a confident communicator, with experience managing external partnerships and commissioner relationships.
- Skilled in data analysis and performance reporting, with experience using tools like Power BI.
- Comfortable leading technology integration and process improvement initiatives.
You might also have:
- Experience with Tier 2 / Tier 3 weight management pathways.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Understanding of health inequalities and targeted interventions for key cohorts.
