We are looking for a District Manager in the Warwickshire and West Midlands area. Due to the travel requirements of the role, we ask that you live within an hour of the postcode CV33 9.

About the role…
This is a field-based role requiring flexibility, with variable weekly hours including regular evenings and weekends. You'll manage your own diary to meet business needs.

- provide strong leadership, direction, motivation and inspiration to Consultants.
- empower, coach and develop Consultants to achieve their goals and grow their Slimming World business.
- create a culture and environment that values our people, drives results, success and retention.
About you…
You're an experienced senior manager, having driven strategic plans and built high-performing teams.
You're also:
- a caring, performance-focussed leader with a proven track record of coaching and developing others to success
- highly organised, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
- an engaging, uplifting and effective communicator – able to change your approach whether you’re in a one-to-one or presenting to groups
- confident with evaluating data and excellent written skills
