About you…
As a member well on your way to target, you\’ve already felt first-hand the warmth, the support, the friendship and the genuine care that defines our brand and transforms lives every day – we’d love to hear from you if you’re committed to delivering exceptional service and a natural communicator with an engaging style. You\’ll be:
- a Slimming World group or online member for at least 12 weeks (past or present)
- at or close to your final target weight
- warm and friendly with a good sense of fun and genuine empathy – someone who loves to support others to achieve excellent results, with a strong desire to help members achieve their weight loss dreams
- already a senior manager with a proven track record in leading, developing and coaching a team to success
- an organised and strategic thinker with excellent time management skills, as well as a flexible and adaptable approach to accommodate changing priorities
- have excellent verbal and written communication skills including analysing, interpreting and evaluating data and business information
