We are looking for a District Manager in the North Scotland area. This is a field-based role requiring flexibility, with variable weekly hours including regular evenings and weekends. You’ll manage your own diary to meet business needs.
You’ll develop the district through exceptional support to everyone in your care and provide strong leadership, direction, motivation and inspiration to Consultants. You will empower, coach and develop Consultants to achieve their goals and grow their Slimming World business, creating a culture and environment that values our people, drives results, success and retention.
About you…
- You're an experienced senior manager, having driven strategic plans and built high-performing teams.
- You’re a caring, performance-focused leader with a proven track record of coaching and developing others to success.
- You are highly organised, self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative.
- You are an engaging, uplifting and effective communicator – able to change your approach whether you’re in a one-to-one or presenting to groups.
- You are confident with evaluating data and possess excellent written skills.
