About you… You’re a successful Slimming World member (group or online) within the last 5 years and you’ve achieved your target weight (or close to). You’ll also be: a caring, performance-focused leader with a proven track record of coaching and developing others to success. highly organised, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative. an engaging, uplifting and effective communicator – able to change your approach whether you’re in a one-to-one or presenting to groups. confident with evaluating data and excellent written skills. What your training programme might look like… Before you become a Slimming World District Manager, we’ll make sure you’re set for success. We’ll provide a comprehensive induction and training programme to equip you in every aspect of our field-based service, with dedicated support from an experienced management and training team. Stage 1 – run a Slimming World group and deliver exceptional service to members (if you’re already a Slimming World Consultant, you’ll move straight into the next stage) As part of your training at the state-of-the-art Slimming World Academy, you’ll step into the shoes of a Slimming World Consultant and launch, promote and develop your own group to help members in your community to lose weight and create lasting healthy habits. Stage 2 – inspire and motivate a group of Consultants as a Team Developer (if you’re already a Slimming World Team Developer, you’ll move straight into the next stage) Once you’ve found success running your own group, you’ll step into the Team Developer role. You’ll lead a team of Consultants – and achieve even greater success together – all while soaking up incredible training from the Slimming World Academy. Stage 3 – become a District Manager Your grounding in the Consultant and Team Developer roles give you the very best foundation to lead your new District to success – with understanding, drive and a programme of training and development to see you and your District fly.
