About you…
You are a Consultant or Team Developer who wishes to progress within the Company. You’ll draw on your extensive knowledge, skills and experience, gained through your role and the training you’ve received at Slimming World. You’ll also be committed to delivering exceptional service, a confident problem-solver and feel you’re ready for the next step in your Slimming World journey. We’d love to hear from you if you :
- run a strong D category group or higher, gained experience of improving quality of service in your current group or team
- have improved member weight losses and retention within your own group or team
- have a strong people-focus - support others in a warm and caring way to achieve excellent results and have genuine empathy and a desire to help members achieve their weight loss dreams
- possess excellent time management skills and a flexible and adaptable approach to accommodate changing priorities
- have excellent verbal and written communication skills including analysing, interpreting and evaluating data and business information
- have a valid driving licence as you’ll spend time travelling on your care‑take district which could be anywhere in the UK and Ireland
