Our Creative Services Department supports the company’s current service and ambitious future plans, using best practice PM standards across multi-touchpoint projects. The role of Design Project Manager is an exciting, varied and challenging position. You’ll work with a talented team of designers and other project managers to deliver exceptional products, on brand and at pace, to our valued members and Consultants.
You’ll collaborate with colleagues from across the business too, along with external companies, suppliers and agencies, using your experience in planning, taking briefs, and managing reports and documentation to ensure the daily achievement of deadlines and the smooth running of each project. This role is Monday to Friday, and you'll also have the option to work from home one day each week or apply to work a nine-day fortnight (earning an extra day off every two weeks!) once fully established in the role.
About you:
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate outstanding organisational, prioritising and scheduling skills
- Be a natural problem solver with the ability to forecast and think innovatively
- Be a highly skilled collaborator who makes things happen in a fast-paced environment
- Be proficient in MS Office including Excel & Outlook
- Have previous experience in project management software (we use Wrike and Censhare)
