About you… You’re an experienced senior manager, having driven strategic plans and built high-performing teams. You’re also:

  • a caring, performance-focussed leader with a proven track record of coaching and developing others to success
  • highly organised, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
  • an engaging, uplifting and effective communicator – able to change your approach whether you’re in a one-to-one or presenting to groups
  • confident with evaluating data and excellent written skills
