What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee all back‐of‐house operations to ensure efficient and consistent food preparation
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver high‐quality dishes
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory, monitor food stock, and ensure timely ordering of supplies
- Collaborate with the Front of House Supervisor to ensure seamless service
- Handle kitchen‐related issues and resolve them promptly to maintain smooth operations
- Support staff training and development to uphold the brand's high standards
- Create a positive, productive work environment where the kitchen team can thrive
