What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Taking ownership for the day to day leadership of the restaurant and team
  • Leading a team to deliver the ultimate guest experience
  • Coming up with fresh, creative ideas to drive sales
  • Ensuring the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and Health and Safety
  • Creating a fun and motivating work atmosphere where your team can thrive
  • Connecting with guests, exceeding their expectations so they come back again and again

  • Experience leading in a restaurant or similar fast-paced guest focussed environment
  • Personable with the skills to inspire and motivate a team

  • A problem solver who’s hands-on and ready to take on challenges
