Slim Chickens has built up a huge following in the U.S.A and is rapidly growing with expansion in the UK. We plan on opening Slim Chickens restaurants across the UK and are building a team of passionate, ambitious, driven people to deliver the best possible guest experience and to help us in opening our new sites.
We have built up a reputation of serving the highest quality chicken, marinated in buttermilk, hand-breaded and cooked-to-order, all served to our guests with our friendly Southern hospitality. Our food is honest, meals are social, and the door is always open.

As a Team Member you are a crucial part of our business as you deal with our guests on a daily basis, so their experience is in your hands. You could be explaining our choice of sauces, cooking, and preparing our mouth-watering chicken, working on the till, delivering orders to tables, or even helping to keep the restaurant clean and tidy. Whatever role you are doing it’s an important one. Please note, to be considered you must have a valid passport and/or visa and be able to serve alcohol unsupervised.
One more thing! Before you hit that apply button, we need to let you in on something…it can be a challenging role! There may be times that you have to start early or finish late, and even if you’re having one of those days where you’re not in the best mood you still need your game face on for our guests. It’s not a role that suits everyone!
