Slim Chickens serves up southern-inspired fresh delicious chicken tenders, wings, and sandwiches in a casual, laid-back setting! We’re on a mission to serve up the best chicken around, and as we grow, we need a General Manager who’s as excited about our journey as we are.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Taking ownership for the day to day leadership of the restaurant and team
  • Leading a team to deliver the ultimate guest experience
  • Coming up with fresh, creative ideas to drive sales
  • Ensuring the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and Health and Safety
  • Creating a fun and motivating work atmosphere where your team can thrive
  • Connecting with guests, exceeding their expectations so they come back again and again
