What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing all back-of-house operations to ensure efficient and consistent food preparation
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Managing inventory, monitoring food stock, and ensuring timely ordering of supplies
- Collaborating with the Front of House Supervisor to ensure seamless service
- Handling kitchen-related issues and resolving them promptly to maintain smooth operations
- Supporting staff training and development to uphold our brand’s high standards
- Creating a positive, productive work environment where the kitchen team can thrive

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or similar fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a kitchen team
- A passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
