What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment
- A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team
- A passion for hospitality and delivering excellent service
- Strong communication skills, organisation, and a proactive attitude
- A hands-on problem solver who can stay calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
