What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee all back‑of‑house operations to ensure efficient and consistent food preparation
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver high‑quality dishes
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
  • Manage inventory, monitor food stock, and ensure timely ordering of supplies
  • Collaborate with the Front of House Supervisor to ensure seamless service
  • Handle kitchen‑related issues and resolve them promptly to maintain smooth operations
  • Support staff training and development to uphold our brand’s high standards
  • Create a positive, productive work environment where the kitchen team can thrive

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or similar fast‑paced environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a kitchen team
  • A passion for delivering consistent, high‑quality food
