What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervising andcoordinating front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service
• Leading, mentoring,and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customerexperiences
• Ensuring thehighest standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation
• Managing guestrelations, handling any issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assisting withstaff training and development to uphold our brand standards
• Supporting themanagement team in driving sales and achieving business goals
• Creating awelcoming and positive atmosphere where both staff and guests thrive

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experiencein a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment
• A natural leaderwith the ability to inspire and guide a team
• A passion forhospitality and delivering top-notch service
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
• Strongorganisational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to staycalm and efficient under pressure
• Flexible, availabilitythat includes weekends, late nights and bank holidays – we’re always on the go!
