We're looking for a

Deputy General Manager to support the General Manager in running one of our fast paced, high energy restaurants.

This is your chance to lead from the front, develop your management skills, and play a key role in shaping the guest experience – all while building your path to becoming a General Manager.

Deputy General Manager , you’ll be the right hand person to the GM – taking ownership of daily operations, leading shifts, and being a role model for the team.

You’ll bring energy, structure, and high standards, and know how to make things happen when it’s busy.

Leading from the Front...

  • Run smooth and efficient shifts, motivating the team to deliver excellence every time.
  • Step up in the GM’s absence and ensure consistency in service, standards, and operations.
  • Set the tone on shift – hands on, visible, and in control.
