What You’ll Be Doing:
- Taking ownership for the day to day leadership of the restaurant and team
- Leading a team to deliver the ultimate guest experience
- Coming up with fresh, creative ideas to drive sales
- Ensuring the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and Health and Safety
- Creating a fun and motivating work atmosphere where your team can thrive
- Connecting with guests, exceeding their expectations so they come back again and again

- Experience leading in a restaurant or similar fast-paced guest focused environment
