As Percy French Manager, you’ll be a vital part of creating memorable experiences for our guests — delivering hospitality with a smile, managing the team and the operation, and taking pride in every detail.
What You’ll Do As the Percy French Manager you are responsible for: The consistent delivery of an exceptional guest experience, meeting and exceeding our guests expectations.
The management of stock control and inventory management.
Controlling costs and optimising profits whist maintaining exceptional standards of service and presentation.
Ensuring that the cleanliness of the entire outlet is maintained to a high standard, including all stores, fixtures, and equipment.
Scheduling of team members and management of payroll costs in line with revenue forecasting.
Controlling, creating and managing budget for the outlet as well as revenue forecasts weekly.
Managing all aspects of Employee Relations including team members attendance, performance management, conduct and training and development.
Cash handling and end of day checking to include float count and float audit.
Providing necessary reports when requested.
Ensuring an effective and safe working environment is maintained in compliance with appropriate legislation, such as Licensing Laws, Health
