As a Night Porter , you'll be the first point of contact for our guests during the late hours.
What You'll Do You'll be responsible for: The security of guests and the premises of the hotel Serving and assisting guests for the duration of the night Providing the highest standards of service to guests, ensuring all guests needs and expectations are met Ensuring you are aware of all hotel services and are proactive in the sale of these to guests Ensuring you handle, store and deliver guest luggage to the appropriate destination Ensuring the guest areas are maintained, cleaned and hoovered and left in a tidy manner Receiving payments for food and beverages Dealing with room services throughout the shift Ensuring all equipment and materials are used in a correct manner and reporting any issues immediately Maintaining security of stock areas at all times Dealing with guest concerns courteously and efficiently, reporting them to the Manager on duty Preparing set up for restaurant and conference and banqueting as required What We're Looking For We're looking for friendly, confident team members who are passionate about delivering great guest service.
Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but not essential — full training will be provided.
