The successful candidate will take pride in keeping grounds and landscaped areas in excellent condition throughout the year, supporting your colleagues, and taking pride in every detail.

What You’ll Do

  • Mowing lawns and maintaining grassed areas
  • Trimming hedges, shrubs, and trees
  • Planting flowers, bushes, and seasonal displays
  • General landscaping and garden maintenance
  • Clearing leaves, litter, and debris
  • Operating and maintaining groundskeeping equipment safely
  • Assisting with site preparation where required
  • Ensuring outdoor areas remain tidy, safe, and presentable
  • Assisting the Maintenance team with any duties indoors as required on occasion.

What we are looking for

  • Previous grounds maintenance or gardening experience preferred
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Flexible to work indoors on occasion if required
  • Ability to use gardening and maintenance equipment safely
  • Reliable, punctual, and can do attitude
  • Full driving licence desirable but not essential
