JOB SUMMARY
The Office Administrator is responsible for the organization and efficiency of our daily internal operations providing comprehensive support to our team in London. They will undertake employee and administrative tasks to ensure our team is set up for success.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the point of contact for our London office and staff.
- Prepare and manage employee and business related paperwork.
- Act as the Authorising Officer for the sponsor licence.
- Comply with the Home Office's sponsor licence compliance requirements.
- Be available in the event of a Home Office audit.
- Develop and enforce employment policies within the organisation.
- Manage employee timesheets and leave of absences.
- Perform and manage Payroll and Pension.
- Communicate with vendors, as needed.
- Manage equipment and supplies, as needed.
- Notify headquarters of all urgent and business related matters.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Working knowledge of UK human resources processes and policies.
- Working knowledge of UK business operations and practices.
- Professional and positive approach.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and facilitative.
- Effective communicator at all levels, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational ability.
- Strong ability to multitask.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite tools.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- 2-5 years of experience working as an office administrator or similar role.
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred).
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to speak in English on the phone and/or in person.
WORK SCHEDULE
- Expected Working Hours: 12pm-6pm BST, preferred.
- Wednesday & Thursday BST, preferred.
- Fully Remote.
- Fixed-Term Position.
