Job Purpose
Our Garage Services Drivers carry out the collection of filter bins, battery banks, anti-freeze, contaminated fuel, rag bins etc. from businesses and automotive sources whilst promoting the Slicker workplace values.
We are currently looking for a Driver to be based out of our Newport site.
We are Smart, Honestand Reliable, working Togetherwhilst having Fun.
- Main Tasks and responsibilities
- Driving a 18 tonne box van
- Manual transportation of garage waste
- Loading and offloading of vehicle, multi drops and collections
- Completion of all relevant paperwork, i. e. EA notes, delivery notes
- Daily defect reporting
- Maintaining vehicles
- Adhering to company Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Representing the company in a professional manner
- Dealing with the public

- Candidates must have the flexibility to work longer hours during busy periods and must be willing to work nights out.
