This is a standout opportunity to own and grow a global Amazon presence within one of the fastest expanding menβs grooming brands in the UK. With ambitious international growth plans already underway, this role will play a critical part in scaling the brand across multiple Amazon marketplaces worldwide.
Reporting directly into the Head of E-commerce, the Amazon E-commerce Executive will take full ownership of the day-to-day management of 12 Amazon territories, ensuring operational excellence, strong brand representation, and continued commercial growth. This is a permanent, remote-based role offering autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to make a tangible impact within a high-growth business.
Key Responsibilities- Amazon Account Ownership
- Own the daily operation of 12 international Amazon marketplaces.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Amazon Seller and Vendor Central accounts.
- Proactively manage case resolution, account health, policy compliance, and escalations.
- Ensure consistent operational standards, strong seller metrics, and marketplace compliance.
- Maintain high standards across catalogue accuracy, pricing governance, and brand presentation.
- Listing Optimisation and Content
- Own the optimisation of all Amazon listings across territories, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content, storefronts, and brand assets.
- Ensure listings are optimised for SEO, conversion, and local market requirements.
- Manage new product launches across international marketplaces.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual standards globally.
- International Expansion
- Play a key role in the international expansion of the brand across Amazon marketplaces.
- Support the setup, launch, and scaling of new Amazon territories.
- Ensure content localisation and compliance with regional marketplace requirements.
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver global expansion plans.
- Commercial Performance
- Support Amazon growth initiatives aligned with wider e-commerce objectives.
- Plan and manage promotions, deals, and seasonal activity.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and category performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve visibility, conversion, and operational efficiency.
- Analysis and Reporting
- Analyse performance across all Amazon territories to identify trends and opportunities.
- Deliver clear insights and recommendations to the Head of E-commerce and wider stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with Amazon platform developments and best practices.
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts (at least 3 years).
- Experience operating across multiple international Amazon marketplaces.
- Strong background in listing optimisation, case resolution, and full account ownership.
- Commercially minded with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience with Amazon advertising or paid media is a bonus but not required.
