We’re looking for a skilled Product Solution Architect to join our Clio for Enterprise team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in configuring the Clio Operate platform to leverage the platform functionality and meet our clients’ unique business needs. You’ll work closely with product managers and colleagues to build and configure our accelerator solutions. This is a proactive and problem‑solving role, so strong communication skills and a consultative mindset are essential. You’ll collaborate with product managers to understand their goals and designs, and configure the solution using our low‑code modeller, such as creating workflows, building forms and templates, and identifying opportunities for design improvements.

About Your Team

Clio Operate (previously ShareDo), part of Clio, is a cutting‑edge, adaptive work management platform that empowers large law firms to create customised solutions for managing their work processes. We focus on mid‑sized to enterprise law firms that use Clio Operate as their Case Management System to streamline operations, boost profitability, and enhance the client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Configuration Design Review: Contribute to accelerator design artefacts to ensure high‑quality, effective solutions that remain consistent with our core design principles.
  • Platform Configuration: Using the low‑code modeller tools, configure accelerator solutions based on design artefacts and best practices.
  • Data & Workflow Development: Create data capture and workflows that are optimised for accelerator implementations.
  • Data Customization: Gain deep knowledge of the ShareDo platform to create high‑impact, value‑driven customizations.
  • User Interface Customisation: Using deep knowledge of the platform, create high‑impact, value‑driven portals and visualisations.
  • Quality Control: Execute unit and E2E testing of solutions to ensure they are working as intended.
  • Best Practices: Promote best practices for platform configuration to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.

Collaboration & Best Practices

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Managers, Technical Consultants, QA team and wider Clio Operate teams to contribute to designs and solutions, ways of working and drive continuous improvement.
  • Documentation: Maintain design artefacts to ensure they align to the finished solution.
  • Best Practice Guidelines: Develop and share recommended configuration standards to ensure optimal utilisation and performance of accelerator solutions for all stakeholders.
  • Product Management: Maintain operational excellence by following established processes and standards within Linear and Confluence.
  • Governance: Support and input to the governance frameworks and ways of working for accelerators and wider product teams.

Colleague & Client Support

  • Accelerator Support: Provide support to colleagues, clients and partners who are utilising our accelerators, including support importing accelerator solutions, assistance with configuration changes.
  • Enablement: Support development of materials and guidance to colleagues, clients and partners, helping them confidently use Clio Operate’s accelerators.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with Low‑Code Platforms: Proven ability to configure business software using low‑code or configurable platforms (e.g., ShareDo, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).
  • Communication Skills: Able to translate and explain complex concepts clearly and simply to different audiences.
  • Strong Attention to Detail: Accuracy and quality are key when configuring the platform and maintaining documentation.
  • Process Documentation: Skilled at writing clear and concise documentation for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Problem Solver: Ability to identify issues and quickly implement effective configuration solutions.
  • 20% Travel: Visit Clio Operate office and cross‑functional meetings.
  • AI: Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI.

Preferred qualifications: Legal technology experience is highly desirable; background in workflow design or process modelling is a strong plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation is one of the main components of Clio’s Total Rewards Program. We offer competitive, equitable salary. The expected salary range for this role is £76,500 to £90,000 to £103,500 GBP, with separate bands for other regions based on local currency. Additional benefits include:
