Senior Product Designer – Clio Operate team (UK). The role is based in Manchester, London, or Dublin and requires a presence in the office minimum two days per week. This is a core design position within Clio’s Enterprise division, focusing on enterprise legal workflows and matter management.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end experiences for enterprise legal workflows, including matter management, task tracking, resource planning, and operational reporting.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to understand the complexity of enterprise legal operations and propose effective solutions.
- Balance speed, quality, and consistency of design across a fast-growing product.
- Advocate for enterprise law firm users by deeply understanding how they manage and deliver legal work at scale.
- Concept, prototype, design, and present solutions that solve both business and user problems and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Conduct user research interviews, usability tests, and analysis to deepen understanding of enterprise legal teams.
- Articulate the rationale behind design decisions and challenge assumptions when necessary.
- Leverage metrics to drive product design and measure success.
- Provide thoughtful feedback in team critiques and support colleague growth.
- Improve design workflows using AI where appropriate.
- Break down complex operational concepts into manageable design problems.

Qualifications
- 6+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise settings.

- Experience with modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and willingness to adopt new tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

- Experience working on complex projects or systems and with design systems.
