If you are local to one of our hubs (Manchester, London, or Dublin) you will be expected to be in office minimum two days per week for our Anchor Days.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive experiences for how Vincent integrates with external legal tools, platforms, and data sources used by enterprise law firms.
- Work with Product and Engineering to understand the technical complexity of API‑driven workflows and translate it into clear, user‑friendly design.
- Advocate for enterprise users by deeply understanding how legal technology connects to their daily practice and mission‑critical workflows.
- Concept, prototype, and deliver design solutions that reduce friction in connecting Vincent with third‑party tools and surfaces.
- Contribute to and evolve Clio's design system to ensure integration experiences are consistent and scalable across the platform.
- Conduct user research interviews, usability testing, and analysis to understand how legal professionals interact with connected systems.
- Articulate the rationale behind your design decisions, ask difficult questions, and challenge assumptions across product and engineering.
- Leverage AI to accelerate your design process and identify opportunities to automate and improve integration workflows.
- Provide thoughtful feedback in team critiques.

Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in product design.
- SaaS or enterprise experience is preferred.
- Experience designing for technical audiences or developer‑adjacent workflows, including APIs, integrations, or data pipelines.
- Track record of shipping products that solve complex workflow problems and move company metrics.
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and the ability to translate findings into actionable design insights.
- Experience with modern design tools (Figma, Figma Make) and willingness to adopt new tools as needed.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles, usability, visual design, and accessibility.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile product development environment.
- Experience working on complex, interconnected systems.
- Experience with design systems.
- Keen interest in improving your craft using AI.
