Slice’s mission is simple: help independent pizzerias become more profitable. Slice powers over 10,000 of your favourite pizzerias across the US with discounts on the things they care about and use most (like pizza boxes), an integrated technology stack (POS, Online Ordering, Phone, etc), world-class marketing and advertising services and a community of owners where they can learn, share and thrive together. The Opportunity
Slice is rapidly expanding its US-based Sales team, and we’re looking for incredible leaders to engage, coach and guide our salespeople to success. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your leadership skills, hunger for success and passion for small business to make a huge impact on Slice and the independent pizza industry as a whole. Our Regional Sales Managers lead teams of Territory Managers; these TMs serve as Slice’s “boots-on-the-ground” and are responsible for acquiring new shops, upselling existing partners and ensuring their territories are not only healthy, but growing. Our Regional Sales Managers also work cross-functionally with their peers in Sales and the broader GTM organization to define and execute strategy, as well as partners in Implementation, Operations and Product to ensure the entire customer journey is constantly optimized. Ultimately, like any great leader, your goal is to help your team crush their goals.

- Able to hire, motivate, coach and retain high-performing teams
- Loves data, process engineering, and using technology (tools and systems, AI, etc.) to enhance their individual and team’s ability to succeed
- 3+ years of full-cycle sales management experience (ideally outside or field sales)
- Valid driver's license and vehicle for travel

Salary Range: $180k OTE (salary and commission) + equity + benefits. The above represents the expected compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
