Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a customer-focused role.

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out lead generation activity to help grow our customer base as well as that of our clients
  • Contacting customers on behalf of our clients and promoting their services in a professional manner
  • Providing administrative support to both our clients and the directors.

Qualifications

  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage tasks independently
  • Comfortable with outbound customer contact and building positive relationships
  • Previous experience in sales support, telesales, customer service, or admin would be an advantage but not essential
